Data collected
Name, email, phone, project description, uploaded files, quote details, payment receipt uploads, messages and dashboard activity.
Purpose
Responding to quote requests, managing Vision Tickets, chat, files, quotes, previews, manual payment receipt review and service delivery.
Legal basis
Data is processed to answer user requests, prepare custom quotes, perform accepted service agreements, protect the service from abuse and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Providers
Operational providers may include Hostinger hosting, GoDaddy domain services, email delivery, PayPal, Revolut and file storage needed to handle Vision Tickets and payment verification.
Payments
Manual payment details are provided through PayPal and Revolut bank transfer. Payment receipts uploaded by clients are used only to verify project payment status.
Retention
Request, quote, message and payment receipt records are kept only as long as needed for project management, customer support, accounting, legal obligations and dispute prevention.
Deletion requests
Users can request access, correction or deletion of personal data by emailing antoninogiccone@gmail.com. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate accounting/project records.
Security
The service uses HTTPS after publication, protected storage folders, limited upload types and anti-spam checks. Users should not upload sensitive documents unrelated to the requested project.
Analytics
No analytics or marketing pixels are enabled by default. If analytics are enabled later, this policy and the cookie policy must be updated with the provider and consent mechanism.
