How Vision Site App Studio processes personal data on the website, installable app and client portal. Last updated: 2 October 2026.

Depending on the service used: name, email, telephone or WhatsApp contact, authentication data, language and notification preferences, project and business information, messages, quotes, approvals, uploaded files, payment status and optional payment evidence. PayPal or card details are entered on PayPal and are not stored by Vision Site App Studio.
Data is processed to answer requests and prepare quotes (pre-contractual steps), create and secure accounts (contract and legitimate interest), deliver accepted projects and support (contract), verify payments and prevent abuse (contract and legitimate interest), and meet accounting or legal duties (legal obligation). Marketing messages are sent only where a valid legal basis applies.
Access is limited to the controller and providers needed to operate the service, which may include Hostinger for hosting, GoDaddy for domain services, email delivery providers, PayPal for PayPal/card checkout, Revolut for an optional Revolut Pro checkout, and technical storage or support providers. Data is not sold.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers must rely on an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful GDPR safeguard offered by the provider.
Completed PayPal/card payments are confirmed through PayPal's server verification. If a Revolut Pro link is enabled, the client may provide a receipt or note for manual verification. Personal bank or card credentials must never be sent in chat or uploaded.
Account, request, project and support data is retained only while needed for the relationship and a reasonable period for support, security and dispute handling. Accounting, invoice and payment records are retained for the period required by applicable law. Data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised.
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, including the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Use the in-app account settings or follow Account and Data Deletion. Identity may be verified before action. Data required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes may be retained only for those purposes.
The service uses HTTPS, HttpOnly session cookies, protected storage, restricted uploads, access controls and anti-abuse checks. No solely automated decision produces legal or similarly significant effects, and no advertising profiling is active.
