Account and Data Deletion
Vision Site App Studio clients can request deletion of their client portal access and associated personal data by email.
What to include
Include your name, email address, business or project name, and whether you want the client account deleted, project files deleted, payment receipt uploads deleted, or all eligible personal data deleted.
What can be deleted
Eligible account access records, contact details, Vision Ticket messages, uploaded project files, quote request details and support messages can be deleted or anonymized after identity verification.
What may be retained
Some records may need to be retained for accounting, legal obligations, service history, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling or tax compliance. Any retained data is limited to what is required.
Response time
Requests are reviewed as soon as possible. If more information is needed to verify the request, Vision Site App Studio will reply to the email address used for the request.
