Production starts only after advance payment confirmation. Manual PayPal or Revolut payment receipts are reviewed before the project is marked as paid.

Refund and Revision Policy
Custom projects are quoted manually. The accepted quote defines scope, included previews, included revisions, payment steps and delivery terms.
Included revisions
Each quote states the number of included previews and revision rounds. Extra changes outside the accepted scope may require a new quote.
Client materials
The client is responsible for providing lawful text, images, logos, product data and account access needed for delivery.
Approvals
Final approval confirms that design, content and requested functions have been reviewed by the client. Approved work can move to publication and delivery.
Refunds
Because work is custom, refunds depend on project phase, accepted quote terms, work already completed, and any legally required consumer rights.
Store publication
App store publication is subject to Google Play, Apple App Store or other platform review rules and approval times.
