Custom projects are quoted individually. The accepted quote defines scope, previews, revisions, payment steps, delivery and any project-specific cancellation terms. Last updated: 2 October 2026.
Production starts only after the agreed advance payment is verified. Completed PayPal/card payments are verified automatically through PayPal. Evidence submitted for an optional Revolut Pro payment is reviewed manually and is not treated as payment confirmation by itself.
Each quote states the number of included previews and revision rounds. Extra changes outside the accepted scope may require a new quote.
The client is responsible for providing lawful text, images, logos, product data and account access needed for delivery.
Final approval confirms that design, content and requested functions have been reviewed by the client. Approved work can move to publication and delivery.
Cancellation and any refund are assessed against the accepted quote, the project phase, non-recoverable third-party costs and work already performed. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. No work begins during an applicable withdrawal period without any request or acknowledgement required by law.
App store publication is subject to Google Play, Apple App Store or other platform review rules and approval times.
